We use your name and email to confirm it's you and to sign you in. We keep the profile, conversation, websites and files you choose to share so Sophea and the authorised review team can understand your need.
Sophea uses an AI service, called from our own servers, to help understand your need. Relevant parts of your conversation and documents are sent to that service. A person always makes the decision. Please share only information you are allowed to share, and avoid sensitive information you don't need to give.
Once a person approves your next steps, only the information needed for those steps is shared with the approved service provider. Private service addresses, internal assessments and unapproved proposals are never shared with members.
Your account uses a secure session cookie. From your onboarding page you can sign out, download your saved information and ask for it to be deleted. The authorised team reviews each deletion request, including information already passed to a provider. Some records of decisions and deliveries may need to be kept. Backups are cleared on their own schedule, not straight away.
Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes and are removed within a day. Sessions end after seven days. Your submitted needs and files are kept only for as long as they are needed to review your need and deliver the steps you agree to, as Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 requires. Once they are no longer needed, they are permanently deleted.
